摘要
目前,人才管理已成为发达国家企业高度关注的一个新领域。这一是由于劳动力队伍结构的变化、全球化的深入发展以及知识型员工的增多,二是因为未来环境的不确定性使传统的人才开发与培养战略失效。现代人才管理的核心内容是在借鉴供应链管理以及流程再造的基本原则的基础上,努力寻找适用于不确定环境的员工队伍管理新途径,以满足组织未来的人力资源需求,同时提升总体生产率以及人力资源投资回报率。发达国家人才管理的战略新思维会对中国企业产生深远影响,因此,必须借鉴国际经验,深入探讨后危机时代中国企业人才管理的路径取向。
Talent management has become one of the highly concentrated fields in the society of companies in developed countriesat present. It is emphasized due to two reasons. The first is the change of labor force structure, globalization and the increasing number of knowledge employees. The second is that the uncertain environment has made the traditional talent development and training strategy not valid anymore. The core of modern talent management is to explore the new roads to manage the workforce under an uncertain circumstance, on the basis of fundamental principle of supply chain management and business process reengineering. It tries to improve the productivity of the whole employee forces and the return rate of human resource investment, while fulfilling the human resource demand of them in the future. The talent management trends in developed countries will unavoidably have some direct influences on Chinese enterprises. Thus, it is necessary to discuss the route tendency of talent management of Chinese enterprises at the time of post-crisis by way of borrowing international experiences.
