摘要
人才作为知识的拥有者、传播者和创造者,已成为生产力发展的核心要素。从阐述企业核心人才能力的概念与特征入手,分析了核心人才能力的形成及其影响因素,探讨了天然气企业人才能力结构模型的构筑思路、模型结构框架和人才的关键技能及条件,提出了提高人才能力的4条途径。
As the owners, disseminators and originators of the knowledge, talents are becoming the core factor that affects the development of social productivity. This paper analyzes formation of core talent capability and its impact factors based on concepts and features of core talent capability. Moreover, in this paper, design ideas and frame structures of the model, key technical abilities and conditions of talents are discussed. Finally, authors provide four ways of improving talents capability.
