摘要
在人力资源管理概念兴起多年后,美国管理实践领域开始提出人才管理的理念,同时学术界也开始就这一问题开展研究。本文通过对近几年人才管理研究文献的总结,对该问题的重要性进行了分析,并从研究趋势、目前研究的局限性以及未来的研究方向等方面分别进行介绍。以期对我国相关领域研究学者及从业者有所启示。
Talent management is now becoming employers' first concern in America after HRM has been developing for decades in both academic and practical fields.In this paper,the author analyses the importance of talent management based on literature review.Researching trend,limitation and further investigation on this topic are also discussed in this paper.The author hopes this paper may enlighten related people that are either HR professionals or academies.
