摘要
目的探讨消毒供应中心绩效分配考核体系的建立和实施效果。方法运用竞聘机制,依据工作人员的特点,分别从能级、学历、职称、工龄等方面建立绩效分配方案。将考核内容分为基本项目和奖励、扣罚项目,建立登记制度,落实层级检查兑现制。结果提高了服务满意度,降低了差错发生率,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论有效的激励机制可以提高服务满意度和服务质量。
Objective To explore the establishment and effectiveness of the performance allocation and evaluation system in the sterile supply center. Methods With the competitive selection mechanism, the performance allocation system was established based on the ability levels, educational levels, professional titles and years of working experience, and so on. The contents of evaluation were divided into basic items, rewards, and punishment items. Results The service satisfaction was increased and the error rate was reduced significantly ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion The effective mechanism can improve the service satisfaction and the service quality.
