摘要
目的根据医院中心供应室发展现状及管理存在的问题,提出提高医院中心供应室管理措施。方法总结我国部分地区消毒供应室现状调查及相关文献报道。结果建立医院中心供应室清洗、消毒、灭菌专业培训,提高中心供应室人员素质;摒弃旧观念,适应中心供应室管理新需求;加快新方法、新技术在医院中心供应室的应用;建立医院中心供应室网络信息一体化系统。结论医院中心供应室的管理是评价医院感染管理水平的重要指标,是提高医疗护理质量和确保医疗安全的重要保证。
OBJECTIVE Based on the current developing status and existed problems to advance consideration and measures of how to improve the management of central supply unit in modern hospital. METHODS To summarize the investigation of current status of sterilizing supply unit in some area of China, and relative documents reported. RESULTS To establish our own special constructive and technical criteria of central supply unit as soon as possible; to specially train about cleaning and sterilizing, and improving the capability of members in central supply unit; to abandon old ideas and make the new needs of management of central supply unit;to expedite the apply of new measures and new techniques in central supply unit; and to establish integrative networks in central supply unit. CONCLUSIONS The management of central supply unit is one of important targets to evaluate the level of hospital infection, improve medical nursing quality and ensure medical security.
