摘要
目的探讨小切口非超乳白内障摘除加人工晶体植入术的护理措施。方法对400例免费白内障患者行小切口非超乳摘除并人工晶体植入术,在围手术期进行心理护理、术前充分准备,术中密切配合、严格"三查七对",术后精心护理及出院指导。结果400例患者无一例因护理不当造成手术失败,术后视力恢复迅速,顺利出院。结论对大批量白内障患者行小切口非超乳白内障摘除加人工晶体植入术,围手术期护理工作对于减少手术并发症,减少术后反应,取得良好的手术效果有重要意义。
Objective To explore the nursing measures of small-incision phacoemulsification cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation.Methods 400 cases of free cataract patients with small-incision phacoemulsification extraction and intraocular lens implantation in the peri-operative period were performed psychological care,adequate preoperative preparation,intraoperative close cooperation and strictly seven pairs of three investigations,postoperative intensive care and discharge guidance.Results Of the 400 patients,no surgical failure occurred due to improper care,postoperative visual acuity recovered quickly and all the patients smoothly discharged.Conclusion The high-volume cataract patients with small-incision phacoemulsification cataract extraction plus intraocular lens implantation,perioperative care for reducing surgical complications and reduce postoperative reaction was of important significance to obtain good surgical results.
