摘要
目的：总结大批量白内障高龄病人超声乳化摘除手术中的护理经验。方法：自2006年6月至9月，我们给375例白内障高龄病人的超声乳化摘除手术进行了术中的护理配合，每个手术日：10—15例手术。结果：熟练紧凑地配合375例手术的进行，加快了接台手术的周转速度，无手术并发症，取得术者与病人的双满意。结论：术前充分的准备是做好大批量白内障高龄病人超声乳化摘除术的基础，术中熟练的配合是手术成功的关键．细致的护理是护理质量的保证。
Objective ：To summarize the nursing experience during phaeoemulsifieation and intraocular lens implantation in a great deal of aged cataract patients. Methods： We performed intra - operative nursing on 375 cases undergoing cataract surgery under local anesthesia between June, 2006 and September, 2006. There were about 10 to 15 eases per operative day. Results： All 375 patients went to have surgery safely,elficiently. There were no singniflcant intra - operative complications. Both Surgeons and patients were satisfied with our nursing. Conclusions： To assure a great deal of cataract surgeries performed smoothly, sufficient pre -operative preparation, skilled intra -operative cooperation, and meticulous intra -operative care should be provided.
