摘要
目的掌握我国综合医院眼科人力资源现状。方法采用卫生部医政司设计的2003年眼科现状调查表,以信函方式调查我国2003年已注册的综合医院眼科(含五官科),回收调查表3405份,数据处理用描述性统计方法。结果全国综合医院眼科共有卫技人员34705人,其中眼科医师20244人,眼科护理人员13373人。结论眼科医疗机构人力资源得到了一定的发展,但仍存在着人力资源发展不均衡、眼科医师整体技术水平偏低、医护比例不合理等问题。
Objective To identify the human resources of ophthalmic department of integrated hospital, Methods Adopt the ophthalmology status survey forms developed by the Department of Health Administration of Ministry of Health to invesftigate the registered ophthalmic deuartment of integrated hospital in the whole mainland of China in 2003.Reclaim 3405 forms.The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistic methods. Resuits The health technical personnel of ophthalmic department of integrated hospital in the whole mainland of China in 2003 were 34 705. There were 20 244 eye doctors and 13 373 ophthalmic nurses. Conclusion The human resource of ophthalmic organizations had obtained certain development, but the distribution of human resource was uneven, doctor's whole technical level is relatively low,the ratio of doctors to nurses was irrationality.
