摘要
通过对1997/2003四川省防盲办公室与国际克里斯多夫防盲组织(CBM)/爱德基金会合作在我省泸州及宜宾等贫困地市县开展防盲培训及白内障手术复明工作所取得的成绩进行分析,对如何利用各种资源,在贫困地区进行有效地防盲工作提出建议。
By analyzing the achievements of the training and cataract surgeries for blindness prevention in poor areas of Luzhou and Yibin in Sichuan Province from 1997 to 2003 and cooperating with the Office of Sichuan Provincial Committee for Blindness Prevention and CBM/The AmiD/Foundation, this paper offers suggestions to reasonably and effectively use of all kinds of sources of blindness prevention in remote and poor regions,
