摘要
土地集约利用是引导城市可持续发展的一种有效途径,对提高近期建设规划的实效性具有重要意义。在土地集约利用视角下,需强化对城市规划区内建设用地潜力的分析,从规划编制与规划管理两个方面转变思路,使之更好地引导城市近期建设发展,协调人地关系矛盾。
Compact land use designs are an effective way to achieve sustainable urban development and are important for the immediate efficacy of urban plans.Compact land use designs require the analysis of potential land uses and a conceptual shift from typical plan compilation and implementation.These changes would provide a better guide for immediate urban development.
