从广州市本轮近期建设规划编制工作中,可以得到以下认识:政府各职能部门间的横向联系机制有待进一步建立;近期建设规划有待与日常的规划管理工作更紧密地结合;近期建设规划要以解决近期面临的问题为突破口;用地供应的科学性始终是近期建设规划工作的一个难点和重点。
