摘要
目的：建立苦瓜中降糖活性成分苦瓜皂苷元L的含量测定疗法。方法：采用HPLC，Kromasil C18色谱柱（4．6mm×150mm，5um），乙腈-水（64：36）为流动相，流速为1．0mL·min^-1，检测波长203nm。结果：苦瓜皂苷元L在0．025—1．00ug，进样量与峰面积呈良好的线性关系（r=0．9911）；山东、河南、河北、江西4个产地苦瓜中苦瓜皂苷元L的含量分别为0．211，0．033，0．013，0．007mg·g^-1。结论：此方法简便、可靠，可用于苦瓜中苦瓜皂苷元L的含量测定。
Objective： To develop an HPLC for determination of aglycone of momordicoside L in Momordica charantia. Method ： A Kromasil C18 （4. 6 mm × 150 mm,5 um）column was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-H2O （64： 36）, The flow rate was 1.0 mL · min^ -1 and the UV detection wavelength was set 203 nm. Result： The calibration curves were linear from of 0. 025 ug to 1 ug （r =0. 9911）, the contents of aglyeone of momordicoside L in Shandong, Henan, Hebei, Jiangxi are 0. 211, 0. 033, 0. 013, 0. 007 -1 mg · g^-1 , respectively. Conclusion ： The method is simple and reliable for determination of aglycone of momordieoside L in M. charantia.
