本文介绍了苦瓜皂甙提取测定方面的一些研究进展,提取方法有:有机溶剂提取法、超声提取法、大孔吸附树脂法、微波提取法、超临界流体萃取、半仿生提取法;测定方法有高效液相色谱法、分光光度法、薄层层析法。
The article has introduced some advances in extraction and determination on saponins of Momordica Charantia L. It included Organic Solvent Extraction, Ultrasonic Extraction, Macro Absorption Resin, Microwave Extraction, Supercritical Fluid Extraction, Half Bionic Extraction, High Performance Liquid Chromatography, Spectrophotometry, Thin Layer Chromatography Method.
