摘要
随着社会经济的发展与人民生活水平的提高,营养保健型的现代饮食观越来越为人们所接受和重视。我国食品药学的发展模式已初步建立,需要深入展开和发展。作者在文中介绍了食品药学的建立,食品药学与亚健康医学的关系,列举了源于食品葡萄的藜芦醇、源于大蒜的大蒜油、源于芹菜的丁苯酞、源于柑橘中柠檬烯和源于紫色食物花青素等保健品的研发现状,预见未来食品市场唱主旋律的将是安全、有效、质控的功能性食品,这已成为不可逆转的潮流。
Objecitve： To introduce the establishment of food pharmacy research progress. Method： To overview research situations of food pharmacy development according to edible product. Result： Food pharmacy development in China has been set up preliminarily, and needs to be developed further. Conclusion： The trend of the functional food will be safe, effective and its quality will be scontrol.
