摘要
分析了液压挺杆等温挤压成形工艺特点,并结合刚塑性有限元软件进行了相应的数值模拟分析,指出了成形过程中的难点以及产生缺陷的机理。在分析2种不同方案成形过程中的应力、应变、载荷以及摩擦等因素的基础上提出了合理的工艺加工流程方案,并给出了等温挤压成形模具的结构。
The characteristics of isothermal extrusion process for hydraulic tappet was analyzed, and the process was analyzed by numerical simulation with rigid-plastic finite element software package Deform-3D. The difficulty in isothermal extrusion and the cause of the failure were proposed. The extrusion variables such as stress, strain, load prediction and friction were analyzed based on the two different schemes, so the suitable manufacture process flow was carried out, and the isothermal extrusion die structure of the hydraulic tappet was specified.
