摘要
针对温挤压模具在高温高压下产生失效的现象,从模具设计、模具材料、热处理、机械加工和模具摩擦等5个方面探讨和剖析了影响模具寿命的因素,提出了延长模具寿命的对策,对温挤压技术、工艺的应用具有一定的参考价值。
Aiming at the warm extrusion die's failure at the high temperature and high pressure, the paper studies five factors influencing die life such as, die design, die stuff, heat treatment, machining and die friction. According to the analytic results, it puts forward some countermeasures to prolong the die life, which have certain reference value to the extrusion technique and technology.
