Design and Optimization of Cold Extrusion Process for Dynamic Pressure Sleeve

摘要 动压衬套是汽车的重要零件之一,其在工作过程中承受较大的载荷。叙述了110-动压衬套的加工工序,以及断裂部位模具圆角的改进,并通过有限元模拟分析得到最佳的改进方案。 Dynamic pressure sleeve is one of the most important automobile parts, which is subjected to a high load in its work process. The manufacturing processes of 110-dynamic pressure sleeve and improvement of the die fillet on fi'acture position were related. And the optimal improvement program was gotten by the finite element simulation.
