摘要
应用Deform-3D有限元软件对某一型号圆头销钉多工位连续冷镦成形过程进行了数值模拟,分析了冷镦成形过程中金属流动规律、温度分布及载荷行程曲线的变化规律;并在多工位冷镦机上试制,观察试件不同部位的显微组织。结果表明:销钉头部预、终镦的变形程度设计较合理,金属流动具有典型镦挤变形分区的特点,温度和载荷峰值随变形程度的增加而增大;ML35Mn钢冷镦显微组织中铁素体晶粒形状尺寸受变形程度的影响显著。
A type of round pin multi-station continuous cold heading forming process was numerically simulated byusing finite element software Deform-3D. The flow law of metal, temperature distribution and change rule of the load strokecurve in cold heading forming process were analyzed. The trial in multi station cold heading machine was performed, and themicrostructure of different parts in the sample was observed. The results show that the design of deformation degree ofrough/final upsetting in pin head is reasonable; metal flow has characteristic of heading and extrusion deformationpartitioning; the temperature and the peak value of load increase with deformation degree increasing; the grain shape and sizeof ferrite in the microstructure of ML35Mn steel cold heading are affected significantly by deformation degree of ML35Mn.
