染料木黄酮对小鼠子宫内膜癌c-fos、cj-un mRNA表达的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨染料木黄酮对雌二醇-17β(E2)所诱发的小鼠子宫内膜癌c-fos、c-jun mRNA表达的影响。方法利用免疫组化方法和定量RT-PCR法检测小鼠子宫内膜癌细胞c-fos、c-jun mRNA的表达量。结果E2单独投与群c-fos、c-jun mR-NA表达增强,与E2单独投与群比较,E2和染料木黄酮联合投与群明显抑制E2刺激所诱发的c-jun表达增强。c-fos mRNA表达有减少趋势。结论E2皮下注射的雌性ICR小鼠给予染料木黄酮后c-fos、c-jun mRNA表达减少,对子宫内膜癌的预防有一定的意义。 Objective To study the effect of Genistein on the expression of c-fos,c-jun mRNA in Estrogin(E2)-induced endometrial cancer in ICR mice and study it′s preventive value for tumor.Mothods Immunohistochemical method and real time RT-PCR technique to detect the expression level of c-fos,c-jun mRNA in the endomtrial cancer cell in ICR mice.Results When Estrogin(E2) was given alone,the expression of c-fos,c-jun mRNA increased significantly.While Estrogin(E2) and Genistein were given together,Genistein significantly decreased the expression of c-fun which was induced by Estrogin(E2).The expression of c-fos also had a decreasing dendency.Conclusion When female ICR mice with s.c injection of Estrogin(E2) were given Genistein,the expression of c-fos,c-jun mRNA decreased.It had certain significance for the prevention of endometrial cancer.
