摘要
目的:为了探讨癌基因c-fos、c-jun在涎腺肿瘤发生、发展中的意义。方法:本研究选用多克隆抗体c-fos、c-jun,采用常规免疫组化SP法,观察c-fos、c-jun蛋白在涎腺良、恶性肿瘤中的表达情况。结果c-fos、c-jun基因在涎腺肿瘤中均有不同程度的表达,两者的表达呈正相关。在涎腺良性肿瘤中的表达程度明显低于恶性肿瘤。结论:c-fos、c-jun基因在涎腺肿瘤的发展中具有协同作用,与肿瘤的增殖和分化程度密切相关。对涎腺肿瘤的早期诊断及其判定其分化程度有着重要的意义。
Objective To probe the role of oncogene c-jun and c-fos in the development of salivary gland tumors.Method Expression of oncogene c-jun and c-fos were studied in10cases of pleomorphic adenoma,10cases of basal cell adenoma,10cases of adenoid cystic carcinoma and10cases of mucoepidermoid carcimoma using avidin-biotin peroxidase method on routinely processed paraffin sections.Results Expression of c-jun and c-fos genes were observed in the four kinds of salivary gland tu-mors in different extents.And the dis tribution of c-jun and c-fos expression were similar in the tumors.The c-jun and c-fos la belling densities in the benign salivary gland tumors were significantly lower than those of the malignant salivary gland tumors.Conclustion The two oncogenes have co ordinated action in the development of the tumors,and have significantly related to the cellular proliferation and differentiation.There is an important role in the earlier diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of sali vary gland tumors.
