摘要
绿原酸具有抗菌、抗病毒、解热、升高白细胞、保肝利胆、免疫调节、抗肿瘤、降血压、降血脂、清除自由基等生理活性和药理活性。通过分析比较已报道的绿原酸的提取、分离纯化和检测方法,综述了近年来绿原酸研究方面的最新进展,为更好利用和发展绿原酸制品,实现其工业化生产提供一些参考和借鉴。
The chlorogenic acid possess extensive physiological and pharmacological activity of antibacterial, antivirus, antipyretic action, increasing leukocyte, hepatic-protective and choleretic, immune regulation, antitumor, decreasing blood pressure, reducing blood lipid, free radical scavenging and so on. The extraction, purification and determination methods of chlorogenic acid were analyzed, and the latest development of research methods were also summarized in this paper, And some references and assistances for better using and developing chlorogenic acid products and industrialization manufacture were provided.
