合肥杜仲叶绿原酸提取工艺的优化研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的优化杜仲叶中绿原酸的提取工艺。方法以绿原酸提取率为指标,通过单因素和正交实验优选提取方法与工艺参数。结果当乙醇浓度为60%、料液比为1∶12、pH=5、提取时间为30 min时,在超声频率25kHz的条件下提取2次,绿原酸的得率为2.54%,较用其他各组参数提取的得率高。结论杜仲叶中绿原酸的最佳超声提取工艺为:以60%乙醇为溶剂、料液比为1∶12、pH=5,提取时间30 min。 Objective To optimize the extraction parameters of chlorogenic acid from leaves of Eucommia ulmoides Oliv. Methods The efficiency of extraction parameters was evaluated by detecting the chlorogenic acid extraction rate and the extraction parameters were optimized by single factor and orthogonal experiments. Results Using ultrasonic (25kHz) extraction technology, when the powder of leaves of Eucommia ulmoides Oliv. was treated with 60% ethanol at a herb to solution ratio of 1 : 12 and pH 5 for 30 min, the highest extraction rate (2.54%) of chlorogenic acid was obtained. Conclusion The optimal parameters of ultrasonic technology for chlorogenic acid extraction from the leaves of Eucommia ulmoides Oliv. are that 60% ethanol is used as solvent with the herb to solution ratio of 1:12 and pH 5 for 30 min.
