摘要 目的建立薄层-紫外分光光度法测定桑叶中绿原酸的方法。方法采用甲醇为溶剂提取桑叶中的绿原酸,薄层层析法分离绿原酸,采用紫外分光光度法于329nm处测定绿原酸的含量。结果绿原酸的质量在50~250μg范围内与吸光度成良好的线性关系(r=0.9996),平均回收率为95.0%,RSD=1.2%。结论该方法简便、灵敏,结果可靠。 Objective To establish a TLC-UV spectrophotometry method to determine chlorogenic acid in Mulberry Leaves. Methods The chlorogenic acid was extracted by methanol and was separated with TLC. The contents of chlorogenic acid was determined at 329 nm with UV spectrophotometry method. Results There was a good linear between mass of chlorogenic acid and absorbance within the range of 50 -250 μg(r =0.999 6). The average recovery was 95.0% and RSD = 1.2%. Conclusion The method was simple sensitive and accurate.
