摘要
2 0 0 3年世界葵花籽产量达到 2 6 0 8. 6万t,比 1980年增加 1 72倍。我国葵花籽产量比 2 0年前增长 2.2倍。葵花籽制油工业从无到有 ,在我国华北、西北和东北地区相继建成了 30～ 30 0t/d规模的葵花籽制油加工厂 ,年加工葵花籽能力达 5 0 0～ 80 0万t ,葵花籽油年精炼能力达到 2 0～ 30万t。葵花籽的制油工艺、设备水平接近国外 2 0世纪 80年代水平。葵花籽壳、仁、粕的综合利用处于起步状态。到 2 0 2 0年 ,我国葵花籽总产量可望增加到 10 0 0万t。
Sunflower seed output attained 26 086 thousand tons in 2003 all over the world,it has increased by 1.72 times compared with the 1980.Sunflower seed output has increased by 2.2 times compared with the twenty years ago in our country.In north China and the northwest and the northeast of China,30～300 t/d sunflower seed oil processing factory has been established one after another,processing ability has attained 5～8 million tons each year,refining ability has attained 200～300 thousand tons each year.The level of process and equipment in oil processing industry approached to that of the 1980's abroad.The comprehensive utilization of sunflower seed hull and kernel and meal is placed in the initial stage.Sunflower seed output will attain 10 million tons in our country by the end of 2020,sunflower seed oil can make contribution to insufficient output of edible oil.
