摘要
本文旨在立足于已有的研究成果,在实际调查研究的基础上,对当前扬州市中学体育教师职业倦怠的状况、成因及负面影响进行现实考察,探究其预防及缓解的对策。结果发现:1)扬州市中学体育教师职业倦怠程度并不严重,但仍有一定比率的体育教师经历严重的倦怠;2)教龄在11-15年的体育教师、中级职称的体育教师成就感较低,担任班主任的体育教师在职业倦怠的三个维度上与其他组别比差异显著,职业倦怠较为严重。本文进一步对造成中学体育教师职业倦怠的原因进行分析,并在此基础上提出了缓解中学体育教师职业倦怠的对策和建议。
This article based on previous research findings and practical survey research, aims to survey practically on the present status, the cause of fromation and negative effect of job burnout among P. E. teachers of Middle School in Yangzhou and explores the countermeasures for precaution and relief. The results show the following : ( 1 ) the occupation burnout degree of Yangzhou Middle school PE teachers is not serious, but still has certain ratio PE teachers to experience the serious tiredness.(2 ) The P.E. teachers who have 11 - 15 years of teaching, and have the junior professional titles have the low sense of achievement;The PE teachers who are the main teachers as well, show evidently different in terms of job burnout three dimensions. Job burnout is very serious. This article furthers to analysis the reasons to lead to the emergence of teacher burnout. In this foundation we proposed countermeasures and the suggestions to cope with middle school P. E. teachers' job burnout.
