摘要
通过资料法和逻辑法,基于人性学、心理学和行为学理论,从社会学角度对江苏中小学体育教师态度与行为之间的差异进行根源分析。研究认为收入分配的巨大差异、政治地位有待于提高及体育教师个人素质差异是导致江苏中学体育教师教学态度和行为差异的主要原因。政府和相关部门应采取宏观调控的方式改善体育教师的经济和政治地位,缩小行业间、区域间差异,努力提高体育教师自身素质,调节其教学态度和行为使之趋于一致。
Through the method of document and logic method, base on human nature science, psychology and behavior science theory, This article analyses the differences between the behavior and the at- titude of PE teachers in primary and secondary school, in Jiangsu Province, from the angle of Sociology. The result makes clear that great income allocation differences, political status remains to be improved and PE Teachers" individual quality difference, are the main causes which make for the differences between behavior and attitude of PE teachers in primary and secondary school, in Jiangsu Province. The government and relevant department should adopt macroseopical adjusting control way to improve PE Teachers" politi- cal and economic status, and reduce the differences between indus- try and region, and strive to improve the PE teachers" quality, and adjust their teaching attitude and behavior to tend to the same.
