摘要
运用文献资料、社会调查、数理统计等方法,针对制约普通高校教师体育锻炼的诸多因素进行了深入细致的调查研究。调查结果显示,"工作因素"成为制约高校教师参加体育锻炼的主要原因;女教师参加锻炼受到各方面的制约普遍大于男教师;30-50岁年龄段的中级职称的高校教师参加体育锻炼受"工作因素"的制约比较大;"环境与经济因素"对广大教师参加体育锻炼的制约比较小。
In order to understand the constraints of the college teachers ＇ participation in the exercise and to provide the information for all schools and depart- rnents to organize and guide the teachers to participate in physical exercise. With methods of literature, questionnaire and nlathematical statistics, this paper studies on the constraints of college teachers＇ participation in physical training. According to the survey, ＂work factor＂ has become the main cause of the con- straints to the college teachers; female teachers are generally restricted than the male teachers; the mid- level 30- 50 age teachers are more restricted; ＂envionmental and economic factors＂ are relatively small.
