摘要
教师是职业倦怠的高发人群,通过对江苏省184名农村小学体育教师的职业倦怠情况的调查发现:目前江苏省农村小学体育教师的职业倦怠整体处于中等偏高水平,情绪衰竭较为突出,女性教师情绪衰竭程度较高,男性教师表现出较低的个人成就感。随着教龄的延长,职业倦怠呈逐渐升高然后逐渐下降的趋势,6-10年教龄的教师职业倦怠最为严重,本科学历和小学中级职称的教师容易产生职业倦怠。
