摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法合成KZnLa(PO4)2:Ce,Tb,并对其荧光性能进行研究,利用XRD、SEM对产物的物相结构、形貌进行研究,用荧光光度计对荧光粉的激发光谱和发射光谱测试,研究不同浓度的激活剂和敏化剂对荧光强度的影响。研究结果表明:制备的荧光粉粒径约200nm,为单斜向磷酸盐结构;改变La3+,Ce3+,Tb3+浓度,将对相对荧光强度产生影响,且(KZn)0.3La0.45PO4∶0.2Tb,0.05Ce时,相对荧光强度最大。
The new type of phosphor KZnLa (PO4)2:Ce,Tb was prepared by sol-gel process in this paper. The structure and morphology are characterized by X-ray differaction (XRD) and field emission scanning electron mi- croscopy (FE-SEM). The photoluminescent (PL) properties are characterized by emission spectrum and excitation spectrum. The result indicate that the phosphor prepared 'by sol-gel method are spherical with the average size of 200nm, and has remained the monoclinic monazite-structure of LaPO4 phase. From investigate the efficient that different concentration of activator and sensitizer, we find the PL intensity was influenced by the concentration of La3+, Ce3+and Tb3+, the optium doping concentration is (KZn)0.3La0.45PO4 : 0.2Tb,0.05Ce.
