摘要
报道了新型杂原子分子筛Mn-ZSM-48的合成与表征。红外光谱和紫外漫反射光谱测试表明Mn(Ⅱ)离子进入了分子筛骨架。Mn(Ⅱ)同晶取代Si(Ⅳ)导致产物晶粒的形貌和热性质有所不同。反应混合物中1,6-己二胺的含量,水含量和SiMn比对产物的晶化有很大影响。
A new manganese-containing silicate (designated as Mn-ZSM-48) was prepared from precipitated gels and showed ZSM-48 topological structure in XRD FTIR and DRS graphs show that Mn-ZSM-48 contains tetrahedrally coordinated manganese cations, demonstrating that some of Mn(Ⅱ) cations have been incorporated into its framework The crystal morphology and thermal properties of Mn-ZSM-48 are also different from those of pure-silica ZSM-48 (Si-ZSM-48) The 1,6-hexanediamine content, water content and Si/Mn ratio have strong influences on the as-synthesized products The catalytic measurement of the Mn-ZSM-48, used as a catalyst support in CO hydrogenation to light olefins, shows that incorporation of Mn(Ⅱ) ions into Si-ZSM-48 results in significant increase of catalytic activity and light olefin selectivity
