摘要 以柠檬酸为络合剂,采用溶胶-凝胶法合成BaAl12O19:Tb荧光粉,通过X射线衍射(XRD)和荧光分光光度计对荧光粉的晶体结构和荧光性能进行检测。XRD分析结果表明:采用溶胶.凝胶制备工艺合成BaAl12O19:Tb,在1300℃可以得到BaAl12019纯相,掺杂浓度在0.5%-5mol%Tb^3+均可取代Ba^2+得到纯相的Ba1-xAl12O19:Tbx样品在240nm波长激发下,有380,415,440,489,543,585和621nm的一系列窄带发射峰,属于Th^3+的^5D3^-7Fi(i=6,5,4)和^5D4-7Fj(j=6,5,4,3)跃迁发射。其中以位于543nm波长发射峰最强,489nm波长峰次之,其他均较弱。经1300℃晶化2h,Tb^3+的掺杂浓度为2mol%时,得到的荧光粉体发光强度最好。 BaAl12O19:Tb phosphors were prepared by the sol-gel method, and their structure and luminescence properties were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and fluorescence spectrometry. The results of XRD analysis revealed that a BaAl12O19:Tb crystal structure was hexagonal. Pure phase of BaAl12O19 was obtained at 1300 ℃. And Tb^3 + ions substituted Ba^2+ ions into the BaAl12O19phase when x = 0. 005 - 0.05. The excitation spectrum of BaAl12O19:Tb exhibited a wide band at approximately 240 nm, originating fromthe 4f^8-4f^75d1 transition of Tb^3+ . The emission spectrum consisted of 380, 415, 440, 489, 543, 585 and 621 nm emission peaks, originating from the 5D3-TFi (i=6, 5, 4) and 5D4-^7F:(j =6, 5, 4, 3) transitions of Tb^3+ . The emission intensity of BaAl12O19 :Tb phosphors at 543 nm was the strongest. The phosphors had high luminescence intensity when the phosphors were crystallized at 1300 ℃ for 2 h, and the concentration ofTb^3 + was 2mol%.
