摘要
本文报导了SiO_2存在下,Tb^(3+)离子激活的稀土多铝酸盐的合成方法。研究了荧光粉组成和助熔剂对荧光粉合成条件和性能的影响。结果表明,制备荧光粉时,当有SiO_2存在于合成原料中,灼烧温度将有较大幅度的降低。由文献报导的1550℃降至1300℃左右。
The procedure for synthesis of(Ce,Tb)ZnAl_(11)O_(19) Phosphor has been improv-ed.It was shown that the burning tempreture of synthesis was reduced deeply bythe addition of SiO_2.The optimum burning tempreture was shown to be about1320℃.Other parameters influencing luminescence of the phosphor were also stu-elied in this paper.The intueduction of M~Ⅰ M~Ⅱ or M~Ⅲ cations into the phosphor was shown tohave different influence on the luminescence of the phosphor.M~Ⅱ cations werebeneficial and M~Ⅰ cations were harmful.Other expesimental conditions,such as burning time of sample,were also opti-miged.
