产生生物表面活性剂的耐冷菌的筛选及发酵条件优化 被引量:3

摘要 从常年堆积的秸秆堆下面的土样和牛场的堆肥中,筛选出13株能产生生物表面活性剂的细菌。其中有6株菌株为耐冷菌,其发酵液在低温环境下(0~10℃)仍具有较低的表面张力,且均属于假单胞菌属(Pseudomonas),其余属于土壤杆菌属(Agrobacterium)。对一株耐冷菌G3-6进行最佳发酵培养基组成和发酵条件进行了研究。经鉴定,其代谢产物是糖脂类。同时也对生物表面活性剂在作物生长中的作用进行了初步的研究。 Thirteen biosurfactant-producing micro-organisms were isolated from the soil of cattle farm and the soil under the heap of straw for all the years. Six strains were psychrotrophic bacteria in the thirteen, the fermentation liquid still had lower surface tension in low temperature (0-10 ℃), and they all belonged to the Pseudomonas, the rest seven strains were Agrobacterium. In addition, the optimization for the best fermented medium conditions of strain G3-6 was studied. The metabolites of G3-6 was proved as glycolipid. And also the article studied the role of biosurfactant in the plant arowth.
