摘要
对我国不同寄主植物上分离的77株土壤杆菌,5个标准菌株和4个根瘤菌菌株进行了102项表型特征测定,并用计算机进行数值分析。结果表明,这些菌株可归为5个群,其中4个群分别相当于《伯杰系统细菌学手册》第一卷中所记述的生物变型(biovar)1,2,3和悬钩子土壤杆菌(A.rubi)。另外一个群与它们均不相同,是该属的一个新生物变型。本研究获得的A.rubi 菌株是近50年来全世界重新发现这类菌株的唯一报道。
Seventy-six strains of Agrobacterium wereisolated from peach,hop,grapevine,sugarbeet,apple,pear,cherry and Chinese whitepoplar in China during last few years.102biochemical,physiological and nutritional cha-racteristics of eighty-one Agrobacterium stra-ins(five type strains of Agrobacterium pro-vided by PDDCC were included)and four re-presentives of the genus Rhizobium were sub-jected to computer analysis.Most agrobacte-ria fell into four major clusters.Three ofthem correspond to biovar 1,2 and 3 respec-tively.The other is a new biovar,designa-ted as biovar 4.A tumor-initiating strainfrom sugar beet shared a high similarity withA.rubi type strain and they form a verysmall but tight cluster.This result showedthat A.rubi did not merely come from thecane gall of Rubus spp.The relationship bet-ween Agrobacterium and some species ofRhizobium was discussed.
