摘要
目的:建立舒肝解郁片的定性定量方法。方法:采用TLC法对处方中白芍、当归、白术、栀子、丹参进行了定性鉴别;采用HPLC法,色谱柱:Shim-pack(岛津)C18(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),以乙睛-0.04%磷酸水(10∶90)为流动相;检测波长为240nm,流速1ml/min,进样量10μl,对方中栀子所含栀子苷进行了含量测定。结果:舒肝解郁片中白芍、当归、白术、栀子、丹参薄层色谱鉴别特征明显,专属性强;舒肝解郁片中栀子苷的含量测定线性范围为0.0984~0.4920μg(r=0.9998),平均回收率为99.55%(RSD=1.08%,n=6)。结论:薄层色谱鉴别和含量测定方法准确可行,重复性好,可有效地控制舒肝解郁胶囊的质量。
Objective:To study the quality standard of Shuganjieyu tablets.Methods:TLC was used to identify Radix Paeoniae Alba,Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae,Fructus Gardeniae,Radix Et Rhizoma Salviae Miltiorrhizae were identified,the content of glucopyranoside in Fructus Gardeniae. in the tables was determined by HPLC, Shim-pack (SHIMADZU) Clscolumn ( 150 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm)was used.The mobile phase was used.Acetonitrile- 0.04%phosphoric acid (10:90),the detection wavelength was at 240 nm. the flow rate was 1 ml/min,and the injection volume was 10 μl. Results:The linear range of geniposid was 0.098 4 μg to 0.492 μg. The average recovery was 99.55% with RSD 1.08%(n=6). Conclusion:The method is simple. The result is accurate and the reproducibility is good. It can be used as the quality control methods for Shuganjieyu tablets.
