摘要
目的采用气相色谱法同时测定八宝惊风散中薄荷脑、龙脑、丁香酚和麝香酮的含量。方法使用Supelcowax^(tm-10)毛细管柱(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25μm),检测器FID,采用程序升温,初始温度60℃,以15℃·min^(-1)的速率升温至230℃,保持5 min。结果在同一色谱条件下,薄荷脑、龙脑、丁香酚和麝香酮分别在0.51~3.06μg,98.60~591.63μg,19.74~118.44μg和0.96~5.77μg内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系;平均回收率分别为98.6%(RSD=2.3%),99.0%(RSD=2.5%),98.5%(RSD=1.9%),99.5%(RSD=2.2%)。结论该方法灵敏、准确、重复性好,可作为八宝惊风散的质量控制提供依据。
Objective To establish a gas chromatogram method to determine menthol, borneol, eugenol and musk ketone in Babao Jingfeng granules. Methods Supelcowax^(tm-10) capillary column(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25 μm) and FID detector were used. The temperature programming rose from 60 ℃ to 230 ℃ at 15 ℃·min^(-1), lasting 5 min at the end. Results Under the same chromatogram condition, there was linearity among menthol, borneol, eugenol and musk ketone at 0.51-3.06 μg, 98.60-591.63 μg, 19.74-118.44 μg, and 0.96-5.77 μg, respectively. The average recovery was 98.6%(RSD = 2.3%), 99.0%(RSD = 2.5%), 98.5%(RSD= 1.9%), 99.5%(RSD = 2.2%). Conclusion This method is sensitive, accurate and reliable, which can be used applied to control the quality of Babao Jingfeng granules.
