摘要
目的:建立牛黄解毒丸(水丸)的大黄、冰片薄层色谱(TLC)鉴别方法。方法:对大黄、冰片进行薄层色谱鉴别。结果:薄层色谱斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰。结论:所用方法简便,重现性好,可用于牛黄解毒丸(水丸)的质量控制。
Objective：To establish distinguish method about rheum officinale and borneol by Thin Layer Chromatography in Niuhuang Jiedu Wan （water pill）.Method：distinguish rheum officinale and borneol by Thin Layer Chromatography.Result：we can see clearly spots on the sheet,there＇s no negative interference.Conclusion：this method is of convenient and accurate,it has high repeatability and can be used to control Niuhuang Jiedu Wan（water pill）＇ quality.
