摘要
目的:建立解毒退黄合剂中栀子苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Diamonsil C18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(12∶88),流速为1.0ml/min,检测波长为238nm。结果:栀子苷在0.1424～1.4240μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9998),平均回收率为100.6%,RSD为0.91%。结论:本方法灵敏、准确、重复性好,为解毒退黄合剂的质量控制提供了依据。
Objective： To establish a method for the determination of geniposide in Jiedu Tuihuang Heji. Methods： HPLC was used, the column was Diamonsil Cls（4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm） with the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water（12： 88）, the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min and the detective wavelength was set at 238 nm. Results： There was good linearity in range of 0.142 ±1.424 0μg（r=0.999 8）, the average recovery was 100.6% with a RSD of 0.91%. Conclusion： This method is sensitive, accurate, reproducible and provides a basis for the quality control of Jiedu Tuihuang Heji.
