摘要
目的探讨维生素C对体外胃癌细胞的作用。方法用原代细胞培养及MTT法检测药敏试验的方法测定不同浓度维生素C对胃癌细胞的抑制率。结果维生素C从0.2mM到2.0mM的不同浓度对胃癌细胞均显示抑制作用,抑制率随浓度增高而增高,但2.0mM和2.5mM之间,抑制率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论维生素C对体外胃癌细胞有一定的抑制作用,抑制率在一定范围内随浓度的增加而增高。
Objective To investigate the effect of ascorbic acid on with primary culture gastric cancer cells in vitro. Method The gastric cancer cells from 22 patients with gastric carcinoma were cultured.The sensitivity of acid in ascrobic different concentration to the cells was measured by MTT assay. Result Different concentration of ascorbic acid from 0.2mM to 2. 0mM showe cytotoxicity effect on all cases,and the inhibitory rates were increased corresponding with the concentration increased. But the inhibitory rates were no significant difference between 2.0mM and 2.5mM.( P >0.05).Conclusion Ascorbic acid has cytotoxicity effect on gastric cancer cells with primary cuture cultured in vitro and the cytotoxicity effect is relevant to the certain concentration in vitro.
