摘要
目的探究在测定尿酸过程中血清中的维生素C浓度对其的影响。方法将60例到笔者所在医院检验室进行尿酸检测的患者随机分为为A、B、C、D组4组。A组中加入生理盐水0.1mL和混合血清0.1mL混合均匀,B、C、D组3组中分别在0.1mL生理盐水中加入0.1、0.2、0.3mg维生素C与混合血清0.1mL混合均匀,比较4组测定结果对尿酸的影响。结果随着在混合血清中加入的维生素C浓度增加,尿酸含量就会减少。结论在混合血清中加入含有不同浓度的维生素C对尿酸测定结果的影响成负干扰。
Objective To explore in the influence of Serum vitamin C concentrations In the process of determination uric acid.Methods Divided 60 patients of our hospital In the process of determination uric acid into four gaoups,A group,the group B,C group and group D.In group A join saline 0.1 mL and mixed serum 0.1 mL mixing,B,C,D three groups in 0.1 mL physiological saline respectively add 0.1,0.2,0.3 mg vitamin C and 0.1 mL mixed serum mixing,compared to the influence of uric acid by the determination results of Four groups.Results When the concentration of vitamin C increased In the mixed with serum,the uric acid content should be reduced.Conclusion Contained different concentrations of vitamin C to the mixed serum,apared negative interference for the process of determination uric acid.In the mixed serum containing different concentrations to vitamin C uric acid influence on the result of the determination of a negative interference
