摘要
用溴化二甲噻唑二苯四氮唑（ＭＴＴ）方法对２６例实体肿瘤细胞行化疗药敏测定。结果表明，不同肿瘤细胞对同一化疗药物，同一肿瘤细胞对不同化疗药物的敏感性各不相同。准确取材、避免污染、合理送检方式以及尽早实验是化疗药敏测定成功的关键。当药敏结果用于肿瘤的个体化治疗时，可选择临床上常用的药物进行试验，并根据结果选对肿瘤抑制率高的前３种药物为相对敏感药物。
The chemosensitivity tests of 26 cases stereotumor cells were studied by the MTT assay method.The result showed that 1.MTT assay method was a good one of tumour cell chemosensitivity test; 2.not only the suppressing patterns of one cell line to different chemotherapentic agents, but also different sensitivity of tumour cells to each drug; 3.accurate sampling, avoiding pollution, correct delivery and experiment were very important for finishing chemosensitivity test;4.common drugs should be selected and the first 3 kinds of drugs to suppress tumour cell should be made as relative sensitive drugs when the result of chemosensitivity test was used in individual treatment.
