摘要
胃癌是我国消化道常见的恶性肿瘤,在我国恶性肿瘤的发病中占第3位,严重影响了人们的生体健康。氧化苦参碱是从中草药苦豆子及苦参根中提取的,是一类苦参次碱-15-酮化合物,其对肿瘤细胞具有显著的抑制作用。维生素C是一种具有多种生物学功能的水溶性己糖衍生物,是天然的抗氧化剂,对肿瘤的发生有预防作用。本文对氧化苦参碱联合维生素C抑制胃癌细胞增殖进行综述。
Gastric cancer is a common malignant tumor of digestive tract in China, which is accounted for the third occurrence of malignant tumor in China, and it has greatly threatened people＇s health. Oxymatrine is extracted from Chinese herbal medicine Sophora alopecuroides L. and Sophorae Flavescentis Radix, which is a kind of matridine-15-ketone compound, and it has significant inhibitory effect for tumor cells. Vitamin C is a kind of water-soluble hexose derivative with various biological function, and it is a natural antioxidant, which has preventive effect for the occurrence of tumor. This paper makes a review of oxymatrine and vitamin C in inhibiting the proliferation of gastric carcinoma cells.
