摘要
本文研究了卷烟自动分拣系统的作业时序建模及效率分析。简要说明卷烟自动分拣线主要设备结构和工作特点,建立了卷烟分拣作业系统作业时序模型,包括补烟作业建模、立式和卧式分拣机作业时序建模,并应用"虚拟容器"概念对立式和卧式分拣机分拣的条烟进行容器长度建模,得出订单分拣作业的效率模型。
The modeling of operating time and efficiency analysis of cigarettes automatic sorting line was studied in thispaper. Abrief description of the main equipments and working features of the sorting line was given. The modeling of operating timing sequence of cigarette sorting system was established, including the modeling of supplementing cigarettes operation,sorting operation time of sorting machine of tower cigarettes and sorting machine of horizontal cigarettes. The concept of ＂fictitious containers＂ was applied to construct ength model ofthe containers of cigarettes sorted by machine of tower cigarettes and machine of horizontal cigarettes,acquiring a theoretical modelof order sorting operating capacity
