摘要
为了节约成品烟自动分拣系统补给优化装置昂贵的机械成本,提出一种低廉、智能化的优化方法,对该系统的工作性能提高具有重要意义。根据补给线工艺特点和存在的问题,分析客户订单排列对补给线需求信号时间分布的影响,将其归结为一类组合优化问题;结合分拣过程及订单需求信息,提出3种基于需求信号时间分布的补给优化数学模型。利用模拟退火算法,得到3种模型的优化结果并验证了优化模型的正确性和有效性。
To conserve the expensive machinery costs of the supply optimization devices of finished tobacco automatic sorting system, a cheap and intelligent optimization method is presented, which is of great significance to improve the system performance. The effectiveness of the order permutation on the demand signal time distribution of supply line are analyzed, which is summarized as a combination optimization problem. Integrating the sorting process and demand information, three kinds of supply optimization mathematical models based on demand signal time distribution are proposed. Utilizing simulated annealing algorithm, optimized results are gained and the correctness and validity of the optimization models are verified.
