异形条烟自动分拣装置的订单分拣算法研究

摘要 本文根据异形条烟的特点,针对基于并行设计的异形条烟自动分拣装置,建立了订单烟仓数列概念,使控制系统从上位信息系统接收到的订单信息只包含烟仓的信息,便于控制系统处理。提出条烟订单分拣算法,并通过程序实现,使分拣设备得到充分利用,提高异形条烟分拣线的分拣效率。 This article bases the trait of peculiar tobacco, establishes the notion of storehouse-list of peculiar tobacco for the roboticized device sorting peculiar tobacco, makes the control system only receiving the order form from the anterior information systems, and only embody the information about the storehouse-list of peculiar tobacco, so the control system disposes expediently. It advances the arithmetic of order form about the peculiar tobacco, and achieving by the program. The roboticized device is taked full advantage, and the efficiency of the device sorting peculiar tobacco is improved.
