摘要
在精益思想的基础上,本文对传统配送中心作业系统的库存控制、订单分拣等作业环节进行了分析,指出了传统配送中心在这几个作业环节存在的优缺点。最终分析了应如何选择合适的优化方法对作业环节进行精益化。
On the basis of lean thinking, this paper analyzes operation systems of distribution center, including the inventory control and order picking systems. This article also points out the merits and drawbacks of these operation systems. At last, several optimization methods are brought up to eliminate the disadvantages in operation systems of distribution center.
