摘要
研究烟草物流配送中心的异型条烟分拣系统的不同码垛作业模式对分拣效率的影响。针对某烟草物流配送中心的实际异型条烟分拣系统,使用Tecnomatix Plant Simulation软件创建了该系统的仿真模型,使用虚拟托盘技术匹配订单信息实现了在仿真中控制异型条烟分拣系统的条烟分拣、分流码垛和合单三个主要过程并验证了仿真模型。最后为码垛作业设计了一个优化方案,以每小时的分拣量作为输出进行了模拟实验,统计了优化前后的分拣效率。结果表明通过增加机械手码垛工位的优化方法可以提升异型条烟分拣系统的效率。
It studies the sorting efficiency of different stacking operation modes of the special-shaped cigarette sorting system in a tobacco logistics distribution center.For the actual special-shaped cigarette sorting system of a tobacco logistics distribution center,a simulation model of the system was created using the Tecnomatix Plant Simulation software,and the virtual pallet technology was used to match the order information to achieve the control of cigarette sorting,shunting and palletizing in the simulation.Finally,an optimization scheme was designed for the palletizing operation,and a simulation experiment was performed with the output per hour as the output to statistically evaluate the efficiency before and after the optimization.The results show that the optimization method of adding a robotic palletizing station can improve the efficiency of the special-shaped cigarette sorting system.
