Investigation in Values,Present State of Learning and Living of Students Enjoying Free Education at Normal Universities——Based on the case of a normal university in the southwest of China

摘要 基于对西南地区某大学免费师范生价值观、生活状况、学习状况等方面的问卷调查、个案访谈和座谈会,剖析了当前免费师范生的现状与问题,从免费师范生视角提出当前国家和学校应给予免费师范生更多的"关爱",探讨了免费师范生回原籍所在地任教的合理年限,提出应建立相关心理咨询服务,以及形成一套有效的竞争激励机制,为师范生免费教育政策在西南地区的有效实施提供依据和建议。 Based on the information concerning values, living and learning conditions gathered through a questionnaire addressed to students enjoying free education at a normal university in Southwest China, through case interviews and colloquia, an analysis is made on the present conditions and problems of student enjoying free education at normal universities, suggesting in the perspective of such students that the state and the university be more concerned about them. The question of a reasonable number of years set for such students to give teaching service in their native place is discussed, suggesting that relevant consulting services and an inspiring mechanism for competition be established, providing basis and methods for an effective implementstion of the policy governing the free education for such students in the southwest region of China.
