摘要
随着我国社会主义市场经济的建立和发展,各种人才的流动性逐渐增强,其中农村中学骨干教师流失的现象也受到社会的普遍关注。本文从马斯洛的需要层次理论着手对农村中学骨干教师的流失进行了原因分析,并从马斯洛的需要层次理论出发结合农村中学的实际情况提出控制农村骨干教师流失的对策。
Along with the establishment and progress of our country' s socialist market economy, the mobility of various kinds of talents is on constant rise, and the outflow of the core teachers in rural secondary schools also catches the world' s attention. This paper has established itself on the Theory of Maslow' s Hierarchy of Needs to have analyzed the causes of the outflow of the core teachers in rural secondary schools and to have proposed the moves to curb the outflow of the core teachers in rural secondary schools based on the actual condition of the rural secondary schools.
