摘要
目前高职教学督导队伍建设方面存在的诸多问题,为此着重加强教学督导队伍建设,建立一支结构合理、专兼结合的教学督导队伍,完善教学督导机制等是应对问题的关键。
With an survey of the present situation of the teaching supervision team in higher vocational colleges, many existing problems are detected and listed in the paper. Through the analysis on these problems, the paper puts forward some pertinent in the aspects of building and strengthening a teaching supervision team with reasonable structure and including both full-time and part-time members and perfecting the teaching supervision mechanism.
